Vessel Walkthrough
This vessel is in turnkey condition. Tastefully decorated and clean. The upgrades and improvements will certainly benefit its new owner. Lovely aft deck, with comfortable seating and an EZ2CY enclosure and walkaround decks. The salon feels new and spacious with 6'6" headroom, generous windows allowing the feel of a larger space. The unique GALLEY UP just aft of the pilothouse is pleasant with lots of countertop and storage.
Down the stairs to the staterooms, the owners did a lovely job with upgrades with adding the feature of a study/ spare stateroom open to an office work area.
A lot of time and money was spent on the upgrades in 2002/2003 with intentions of doing extensive cruising. Owners unfortunate change of plans makes it necessary to leave boating. New owner will benefit from this well cared for vessel. Must see!
The main deck features WALKAROUND DECKS. Entering from the large aft deck the salon has a rich open feel from the big windows and TEAK wood cabinetry. Moving forward is the galley to the port side with plenty of added countertop space to the starboard side. Forward again is the pilothouse with port and starboard doors.
The spacious master below utilizes the full beam aft and features KING berth with a settee and private head. This stateroom offers plenty of storage in closets and under the master berth. There is a QUEEN VIP and a TWIN GUEST. There are 4 Staterooms, plus crew forward. The 4th stateroom is a study/ spare room.
